Refund and Returns Policy

A $5 return processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We want you to love your scrubs! If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains or odours
• Original tags and packaging bag must be included

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, missing tags/packaging, final sale, or customized cannot be returned. If a returned item is found to be ineligible for a refund, it will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s shipping expense.
